Zrobione w Polsce: Współczesna
Fotografia Otworkowa
Andrzej BogAcz |
As Photography becomes ever more high tech and digital, photographers around the globe are turning to the pinhole camera — a lensless, deceptively simple yet surprisingly versatile alternative to mainstream technology. The artists in this exhibition are all from Poland, the site of much exciting contemporary pinhole photography. |
Organized by the curators (Walter Crump and Jesseca Ferguson) in collaboration with The Photographic Resource Center at Boston University, and The Main Gallery at the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University.
An illustrated bi-lingual catalogue will be available at the gallery. This
exhibition, the catalogue, and the artists' travel have been made possible thanks
to generous support from LEF Foundation, Trust for Mutual Understanding,
Fort Point Arts Community, Inc., and the Art institute of Boston at Lesley University and Charles Merrill.
